In-stock orders
Products marked In Stock are normally shipped within 24–48 business hours and may select standard or expedited service at checkout. Customers receive automatic updates when payment is confirmed, when the order is packed and awaiting the carrier, when tracking is created and updated, and after delivery with a support link.
Warranty and returns
Do not ship anything back without authorization. Open a private support ticket using the order number or purchasing email and include clear photos plus a short troubleshooting video when possible. Return the item for inspection only when 601 Defense requests and authorizes the return.
