- Creator proposes a code; final code is subject to availability and approval.
- Commission is calculated on eligible merchandise after discounts, excluding tax, shipping, returns, chargebacks, canceled orders, and self-referrals.
- Creator rewards remain pending until 30 days after delivery. Qualified rewards are then issued as Apex store credit, which does not expire.
- Product claims must be accurate. Paid relationships and free products must be disclosed as required by law and platform rules.
- Apex may suspend codes for abuse, misleading claims, prohibited traffic, or policy violations.
